methexis recordings uses your email address to send the release-availability notification you requested.

if you choose the optional update service, we may also email you about future releases, newsletters, events, and other methexis recordings news.

we collect your email address, the release you selected, your consent choices, confirmation and unsubscribe records, and a cryptographic hash of the requesting IP address for abuse prevention. we do not use analytics or advertising cookies for this service.

we send a confirmation email before confirming your choices. pending requests expire after 30 days. active release-notification and optional-update subscription records are retained while the relevant service is active. after expiry or unsubscribe, records are kept in a restricted archive for up to two years from their last activity, then deleted.

once confirmed, you can unsubscribe from either service using the relevant unsubscribe links included in any emails sent.
